Every learning is hybrid learning.
In each online setting all participants are always also in a physical spot.
In each present setting (most) people have online-access.
Often these levels are being ignored or considered an interruption.

Hybrid learning settings
hybridity (hybrid = mixed) is not clearly defined in the educational debate.
it could mean:
- learning doesn´t happen just analog or just digitally. Everyone who is present somewhere usually also has online-access.(example: co:working or meetings for online-learning groups)
- in an educational process you can have online phases or presence phases - that is called "blended". (example: online input and analog meeting for exchange and clarifying questions)
- one group is learning together in presence and another group is learning online. (complicated setting, danger that you agree on the smallest common denominator; example: stream and participation possibilities from online setting)
